Ali spent the last 8 years managing SMUD’s Community Energy Services business providing operational support and consulting services to CCAs. She was responsible for strategic planning, P&L, business development, design and implementation of services, and management of client experiences. Prior, she was the manager of product design and development for SMUD for over 10 years launching SMUDEnergyStore.com, SMUD’s Mobile App, SMUD’s Carbon Offset Program, Home Electricity Reports, SMUD’s Whole House Performance Program and more. She is Design Thinking trained and certified consistently delivering human-centered solutions, and a motivational leader with a Master’s in Business Administration. -
