As the former leader of SMUD's Community Energy Services business, she was responsible for strategic planning, P&L oversight, business development, new service design and implementation, and client success. Previously, she led product design and development at SMUD, launching award-winning customer solutions including SMUDEnergyStore.com, SMUD's Mobile App, Home Electricity Reports, and the Whole House Performance Program. An MBA and certified Design Thinking practitioner, Ali specializes in translating customer insights into innovative, scalable solutions that improve customer experiences and deliver measurable business outcomes.
